Terms and Conditions:
Offer Terms. These terms and conditions detail Virgin Voyages’ “Sea Blue. Save Green.” 2022 and “Sea Blue. Save Loot.” Offers. Virgin Voyages will provide a discount of up to 20% off all retail (base) voyage fares when these offers are combined with the Virgin Voyages “Book Early, Save More” Offer on sailings purchased between 11:59 p.m. EST on Wednesday, December 8, 2021 through 11:59 p.m. on Wednesday, February 16, 2022 for open cabins and suites on an Eligible Voyage. See Section 3 below for Eligible Voyages. The “Sea Blue. Save Green.” 2022 and “Sea Blue. Save Loot.” offers are essentially the same, with the former applicable to the United States and the latter applicable to other countries to which we market. While these terms and conditions apply to both offers, only the “Sea Blue. Save Green.” 2022 is expressly referenced herein.
1.1 A Voyage Fare Discount applies as follows when the “Sea Blue. Save Green.” 2022 is combined with the “Book Early, Save More” Offer:
(a) 20% voyage fare discount for voyages booked within 120 days (inclusive) of embarkation
(i) With no additional voyage fare discount from the Book Early Save More Offer
(b) 15% voyage fare discount for voyages booked between 121 and 179 days of embarkation
(i) With an additional 5% voyage fare discount from the Book Early Save More Offer
(c) 10% voyage fare discount for voyages booked at and after 180 days of embarkation
(i) With an additional 10% voyage fare discount from the Book Early Save More Offer
1.2 Further, under the “Sea Blue. Save Green.” 2022 Offer we will add an additional $50 (totaling $100) to Virgin Voyages’ Bar Tab Bonus offer, if a Bar Tab is purchased during this promotional period between 11:59 p.m. EST on Wednesday, December 8, 2021 through 11:59 p.m. on Wednesday, February 16, 2022 for open cabins and suites on an Eligible Voyage.
Restrictions/Exclusions. The “Sea Blue. Save Green.” 2022 Offer is subject to the following restrictions and exclusions.
2.1. Subject to this Section 2, the “Sea Blue. Save Green.” 2022 Offer is combinable with Virgin Voyages’ “Bar Tab Bonus” Offer. If a Bar Tab is purchased during the promotional period outlined in Section 1 above, for an Eligible Voyage under section 3, Virgin Voyages will add an additional bonus of fifty U.S. dollar ($50) Bar Tab credit to a Sailor’s folio, over and above the standard fifty U.S. dollar ($50) bonus (that is, a total of a one hundred U.S. dollar ($100) Bar Tab Bonus)

Eligibility
3.1. Eligible Voyages: Offers are eligible on the following non-charter, open, revenue voyages, as modified in section
3.2:Ship Starting with voyages departing on or after Scarlet Lady December 15, 2021 [see section 3.2] Ending – October 27, 2023
3.2 Excluded Voyages:
Any full-ship accommodation voyages (i.e., Charter voyages) are also excluded.
