TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1. “It’s Fall Y’all” and “Future Med Memories” Offers Updated: August 24, 2023 Offer Terms. These terms and conditions detail the “It’s Fall, Y’all” Offer and “Future Med Memories” Offers 1a. Qualified bookings under the “It’s Fall, Y’all” Offer will get a flat monetary discount off their voyage fare. This discount is per cabin, not per Sailor. Qualified bookings will also receive a free “Bar Tab,” that is, a $600, $300 or $125 bar credit, depending on the length of voyage (listed in section 1c.). ● Credit for Eligible Cabins (listed in section 3.1.): (i) USD $900 flat amount off Voyage Fare per cabin when two (2) or more Sailors are traveling on voyages departing in the 2023 Mediterranean season (that is, on a Mediterranean itinerary), as defined in paragraph 2. (ii) USD $300 flat amount off Voyage Fare for other itinerary sailings sailing from August to December 2023, as further defined in paragraph 2. (iii) USD $500 flat amount off Voyage Fare for other itinerary sailings sailing from January 2024 to December 2024, as further defined in paragraph 2. (iv) Credit will be a set conversion amount from US dollars to other designated currencies. The figures below are the conversion equivalents for USD $900/$500/$300 that will be used: ● GBP: £700 / £400 / £250 ● NZD: $1450 / $810 / $500 ● AUD: $1350 / 750 / 450 ● CAD: 1200/ 680 / 400 ● EURO: €900 / €500 / €300 1b. Qualified bookings under the “Future Med Memories” Offer will get 30% off of their voyage fare. This discount is per cabin, not per Sailor. Qualified bookings will also receive a free “Bar Tab,” that is, a $600, $300 or $125 bar credit, depending on the length of voyage (listed in section 1c.). 1c. Promotional Bar Tab. (Bar Tab) An onboard credit per cabin for use at the onboard bars or restaurants for purchases of any premium drinks. The Bar Tab will be added to the lead passenger’s (i.e., “Sailor” in our marketing voice) folio. All cabin categories are eligible for the promotional Bar Tab credit. The Bar Tab during the relevant Eligible Voyage (Bar Tab), with the credit valued at. – USD$125.00 for Eligible Voyages of 3 nights or less; – USD$300.00 for Eligible Voyages of 4, 5 or 6 nights; or – USD$600.00 for Eligible Voyages of 7 nights or more. 2. Eligible Bookings. Eligible bookings are those purchased for an eligible voyage date between 12:01 a.m. local US east coast time on 24 August 2023 through 11:59 p.m. local US east coast time on 28 September 2023. Eligible voyage dates are those voyages departing from 24 August 2023 to 30 December 2024 inclusive. (a) We list here the scheduled windows of eligible voyage dates by ship for the “It’s Fall, Y’all” Offer, the windows of voyages departing before 30 December 2024 by ship (inclusive): (i) Mediterranean 2023 sailings: $900 off ○ Resilient Lady: ■ August 27th 2023 – October 15th 2023 ○ Valiant Lady: ■ August 27th 2023 – October 22nd 2023 (ii) Caribbean, 2023 sailings & Repositionings: $300 off ○ Scarlet Lady: ■ August 27th 2023 – December 27th 2023 ○ Valiant Lady: ■ October 29th 2023- December 30th 2023 ○ Resilient Lady: ■ October 22nd 2023 – November 20th 2023 (iii) Caribbean, 2024 sailings & Repositionings: $500 off ○ Scarlet Lady: ■ January 2nd 2024 – April 21st 2024 ■ November 3rd 2024 ■ November 28 2024 ■ December 14th 2024 – December 28th 2024 ○ Valiant Lady: ■ January 7th 2024 – December 30th 2024 ○ Resilient Lady: ■ March 27th 2024 – April 25th 2024 ■ September 29th 2024 – November 19th 2024 (b) We list here the scheduled windows of eligible voyage dates by ship for the up to 30% off offer, that is, the windows of voyages departing before 27 October 2024 by ship (inclusive): (i) Mediterranean 2024 sailings: ○ Resilient Lady: ■ May 9th 2024 – September 23rd, 2024 ○ Scarlet Lady: ■ May 5th 2024 – October 27th 2024 3. Restrictions/Exclusions. The “It’s Fall, Y’all” and “Future Med Memories” Offers are subject to the following restrictions and exclusions. 3.1. Eligible Cabins: Sea Terrace Meta Category cabins, The Sea View, Lock It In Rate Sea View, The Insider, Social Insider, and Lock It In Rate Insider cabins are eligible for the “It’s Fall, Y’all” and “Future Med Memories” Offers. The Sea Terrace Meta Category cabins include the following: XL Sea Terrace, Central Sea Terrace, The Sea Terrace, Ltd View Sea Terrace, and the Lock It In Rate Ltd View Sea Terrace. 3.2. Charter voyages are excluded from the “It’s Fall, Y’all” and “Future Med Memories” Offers. 3.3. Interaction with the following offers, discounts, or credits: – The “It’s Fall, Y’all” and “Future Med Memories” Offers are combinable with the following offers, promotions, discounts, or credits: ● Book Early, Save More Promotion ● Pay-In-Full Discount Offer ● 10% Exclusive Sailing Club Bonus ● My Next Virgin Voyages Promotion ● Florida Resident Rate ● Discount and Payment FVCs ● Tour Operators ● Affinity Circles – The “It’s Fall, Y’all” and “Future Med Memories” Offers are not combinable with the following offers, promotions, discounts, or credits: ● Contracted Circle Programs ● Casino Rates ● Interline Rates ● First Mate Rates ● Virgin Red Points Offer ● Internal reduced rate programs ● Giveaway, Promotional, Reduced Rate, or Free Access Keys ● Any other previous offers 4. Should a Sailor change their voyage date to an ineligible voyage date, the “It’s Fall, Y’all” and “Future Med Memories” Offers discount and promotional Bar Tab will be removed, and the discount will be voided and due. 5. This program will necessarily involve sharing some personal data among cabin mates, to include name and in the case of refunds verification of the last four numbers of the credit card to receive the refund. 6. Virgin Voyages reserves the right to modify or terminate this offer at any time.
