American Airlines Vacations offers travel Packages (e.g., flights, hotels, cars, activities) and Experiences under legally binding Terms that apply to all bookings, regardless of location. By booking or participating, both the “Booker” (person making the reservation) and “Participants” agree to these Terms, including the Privacy Policy and any booking confirmations.
The Booker acts as the main contact and must have authorization to book on behalf of all Participants. Packages and Experiences are for personal leisure only and are generally non-transferable. Experiences are typically non-refundable and redeemed using AAdvantage® miles, while Packages require full payment (cash, miles, or both) at booking.
Changes and cancellations are restricted and may include fees, deadlines, or non-refundable components. Optional Pre-Departure Protection (PDP) can reduce change and cancellation penalties.
Some services are provided by third-party vendors (e.g., hotels, tours), whose own terms apply. American Airlines Vacations is not responsible for these third-party services.
Mileage earning applies to Packages (not Experiences) and varies based on participant status.
American Airlines Vacations may modify Terms, cancel bookings, or deny service if violations occur. Texas law generally governs disputes for U.S. customers.
