EDGE 2027 Palace Booking Incentive Official Terms & Conditions

Sponsor The EDGE 2027 Palace Booking Incentive (“Promotion”) is sponsored by Travel Leaders Network in partnership with The Palace Company (“Sponsor”).

1. Promotion Period
The Promotion begins on August 25, 2026 and ends on December 1, 2026 (“Promotion Period”).

2. Eligibility
The Promotion is open to registered Travel Leaders Network travel advisors in good standing who are legal residents of the United States and Canada (excluding Quebec, if applicable) and have reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence.

Employees of Travel Leaders Network, The Palace Company, and their immediate family members may not be eligible to participate.

3. How to Enter
During the Promotion Period, advisors will receive:

  • One (1) entry for each new, qualifying Palace Resorts, Moon Palace, Le Blanc and Baglioni made during the Promotion Period staying now through December 31, 2026.
  • There is no limit to the number of entries an advisor may earn unless otherwise stated.
  • Book directly through PalaceProAgents.com and bookings will be tracked automatically. No redemption required.

4. Eligible Bookings

To qualify:

  • Booking must be a new reservation made during the Promotion Period.
  • Booking must be made through an eligible Travel Leaders Network advisor.
  • Booking must be for travel completed before December 31, 2026.
  • Group bookings are eligible. Each room booked will place your name into the drawing.
  • Cancellations, no-shows, rebookings of previously canceled reservations may not be eligible.
  • Cancelled bookings will remove your entry into the incentive as only booked and travelled reservations will be counted.

5. Prize Drawing

Eligible entries will be entered into a random drawing conducted by Travel Leaders Network.

Potential winners will be selected on or about January 2027.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

6. Prizes

Prizes may include:

  • Room category upgrades for the winner’s stay during EDGE 2027 at Moon Palace Cancun.
  • Resort credits redeemable during EDGE 2027.
  • Additional promotional prizes as determined by Sponsor.

Prize values may vary.

Prizes:

  • Have no cash value and may not be exchanged for cash.
  • Are non-transferable.
  • Are subject to resort availability and applicable restrictions.

7. Winner Notification
Winners will be notified by email on or about end January 2027.
If a selected winner cannot be contacted, declines the prize, or is found ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected. Only one prize per advisor.

8. Prize Conditions
Prize components are valid only in connection with the recipient’s attendance at EDGE 2027.

Room upgrades:

  • Are subject to availability.
  • Are determined solely by The Palace Company.
  • Cannot be guaranteed until check-in.

Resort credits:

  • Must be used during the EDGE 2027 event stay.
  • Have no cash value.
  • May be subject to resort redemption restrictions.

Number and value of the resort credit include but are not limited to:

  • 25 spas for 50 min – Value $165 each
  • 25 private roundtrip transfers SUV vehicles – Value $150 each
  • 15 rounds of golf, 9 holes – Value $190 each
  • 10 rounds of golf, 18 holes – Value $310 each
  • 10 post fam invite at Le Blanc (with companion) – 2 nights: Value $1200 Each
  • 15 post fam invite at Sun Palace (with companion) – 2 nights: Value $950 Each
  • 15 post fam invite at Beach Palace (with companion) – 2 nights: Value $900 Each
  • 10 restaurant reservations at Moon Palace for a table of 8 pax – Value $200 each
  • 5 restaurant reservations at The Grand for a table of 6 pax – Value $300 each
  • 5 restaurant reservations at Le Blanc Cancun for a table of 4 pax, with round-trip transfer – Value $400 each
  • 30 ($100 dollars gift cards)
  • 50 invitations to the Resort Collection Party
  • 50 wristbands to access Moon Palace The Grand during EDGE 2027: Value $200 each wristband

9. Publicity Release
By accepting a prize, winners agree that Travel Leaders Network and The Palace Company may use their name, agency name, likeness, and hometown for promotional purposes without additional compensation where permitted by law.

10. General Conditions
Travel Leaders Network reserves the right to:

  • Verify the eligibility of all entries.
  • Disqualify any participant who violates these Terms.
  • Cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, or other factors impair the integrity of the Promotion.

11. Limitation of Liability
By participating, advisors release and hold harmless Travel Leaders Network, The Palace Company, and their affiliates from any claims arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance of any prize.
